Terms And Conditions

Before booking any trip through our website, all consumers must read all terms and conditions. We provide general itinerary information. Whether conditions, road conditions, overcrowding, the physical ability of the participants, and so on, may influence plan adjustments before or during the tour.

We will not be held liable for any loss of belongings, persons, or injuries. We will not be answerable for any delays or changes in the schedule, or any expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – as a result of natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transportation, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any other untoward incidents.

Unless otherwise specified in the hotel voucher, all hotel bookings are based on the hotels' standard check-in time (2 PM) and check-out time (11 AM).

If a customer is late, the travel operator is not liable for continuing the journey with the rest of the group.

Only transportation according to the itinerary (not available at disposal). During a hilly or Ghat drive, the air conditioning will be turned off.

A designated cab will be available for transfers and sightseeing, and it will be available until 8.30 p.m.

All airport and train station pickups are only after 6 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:

The following are the cancellation fees:

If you cancel  your travel booking, you will be charged 25% of the tour cost (75% will be refunded in your advance payment).

If you cancel before your departure or If you do not show up, we will charge 100% of the trip cost. There is no refund because we already per-paid  rooms and other supports & services for your vacation.

Tour Booking Policy:

50% of the total amount is due 2-3 weeks before the date of the journey.

The remaining amount is to be paid 3 or 4 days before departure (Before beginning the travel package).

The buyer will only receive a full receipt after making full payment.

Extra charges may apply for:

Personal grocery shopping, laundry, phone calls, and so on

For any pick-up/drop-off services other than those specified in the itinerary or in your package email.

Amendments to the reservation in terms of date change or change in group size can be made 10 days prior to the date of travel for an additional price to be advised.

Rules for using the website 

Our website contains content that we own or have permission to use. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, and appearance, as well as graphics. Other than in conformity with the copyright notice, which is part of these terms and conditions, reproduction is prohibited.

All trademarks used on this website that are not owned by or licensed to the operator are acknowledged.

Improper use of website may result in a civil claim and/or a criminal offence.
